Swiss conceptual artists Silvie and Chérif Defraoui worked on photographs, photomontages, publications and multimedia installations on collective and private memory, as well as other socio-cultural issues.
His exhibition at the gallery presented photo-montages with interiors from the 1920s and tango scores manipulated, by adding texts, to change their original meaning.
On the occasion of this exhibition, Galería Cadaqués published Puerto de Cadaqués. Mapa topográfico y turístico. Collection les vrais itineraires et les faux points de vue, a map of Cadaqués with photos of beaches in other places, whose titles, however, refer to the local topography.
